Company History
TMA Consulting was founded in 1994 with a clear goal: provide both technical and business consulting services that customers could rely on. Our reputation has been built over decades of honest, results-driven work.
We specialize in new and post-ERP implementation support with a 20+ year focus on major ERP platforms. Since 2011, our practice has shifted exclusively to Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations — giving our clients the depth of expertise that only comes from singular focus.

Leadership
For over 30 years, Greg's focus has been in the IT Consulting Services market. While his experience spans insurance, banking, and retail, his deepest expertise is in manufacturing and distribution — industries where ERP systems must perform flawlessly.
Greg excels at gathering requirements and translating them into robust, functioning business applications. He is skilled at both Technical Lead and software developer roles — a rare combination that lets him bridge business needs and technical execution effectively.
Since leading TMA's exclusive shift to Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 in 2011, Greg has overseen implementations and custom development projects for clients across the country.
Rob brings over 25 years of hands-on IT infrastructure and technical leadership experience to TMA Consulting. His background spans network security, PCI compliance, Active Directory management, server deployment, and enterprise infrastructure design — skills honed across a career that includes roles as System Administrator at both CBOSS, Inc. and Turning Technologies, where he supported environments of 180+ employees and managed Cisco call manager, network monitoring, and full disaster recovery documentation.
As founder and CEO of Keystone IT Services since 2009, Rob has provided high-level network security consulting, PCI audit assistance, full network build-outs, and web deployment services to clients across the region.
As CTO at TMA Consulting, Rob oversees the technical direction of the practice — ensuring that the infrastructure, security, and systems behind every client engagement are built to the highest standard.
Audrey has been a core member of the TMA Consulting team since 2010, bringing deep expertise in EDI analysis across a career that spans banking, retail, and customer service industries. Her work focuses on onboarding new trading partners, implementing evolving customer requirements, and developing EDI X12 maps within Microsoft Dynamics AX and the 1ediSource HQ platform.
Her technical foundation includes DB2, Access, and academic experience in C++, Visual Basic, Java, and HTML — giving her the range to move comfortably between business requirements and technical implementation.
